Marketing Coordinator

**Marketing Coordinator — RevPlus (Remote) RevPlus is a boutique hospitality marketing agency. We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — owning the day-to-day flow of content, updates, coordination, and client communication across our hotel and restaurant accounts. This is the perfect fit for someone who lives in the details, loves checklists, and wants to grow in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll be the connective tissue between our internal teams (web dev, SEO, email, social, design), our clients, and our vendors — making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Location & hours: This is a fully remote role. Pacific Time working hours are preferred (roughly 9am–6pm PT). What you'll do 1. Website Updates & Gatekeeping — Own content updates across brand sites, vanity sites, and F&B marketing sites (copy, images, offers). Build new pages based on strategist or client direction. Load and publish blog posts. Serve as the point person for anything that needs to go on the site, coordinating with the web developer on builds, fixes, or anything beyond your scope. 2. OTA Updates — Keep OTA listings (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) current, updating hotel amenities, images, and other content as needed. 3. Local Listings — Keep local listings accurate and current (Yelp, Google Business Profile, and other directories). 4. Restaurant Booking Platforms — Update menus and content on restaurant booking and ordering platforms (OpenTable, Tock, etc.). 5. SEO Coordination — Work with the SEO manager on events or activities that need additional organic visibility: loading events on Google Business Profile, flagging new blog content for optimization, and supporting other organic visibility initiatives as directed. 6.
