Marketing Reports To: Marketing Director Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week; Overtime with Approval Location: Hybrid Remote

Position Summary

We’re looking for someone who knows cannabis, is highly organized, and wants to grow their marketing experience.

You do not need a marketing degree or years of marketing experience. You do need to understand the cannabis industry and be comfortable working with dispensaries, brands, products, promotions, inventory, distribution, and the fast-paced environment that comes with them.

The Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Marketing Director and creative team to coordinate marketing projects for Mainstage and its affiliated companies, keeping projects organized and moving from start to finish.

This role gathers the necessary information, prepares clear project briefs, takes ownership of projects from start to finish, and follows up with the individuals responsible for each step to ensure projects stay on track.

The Marketing Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination between Marketing and other departments, helping ensure project owners, deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and approvals are clearly communicated and completed.

Primary Duties

• Receive, organize, and coordinate marketing requests from management and other departments across the companies.
• Gather missing information, including product details, pricing, dates, promotional information, approvals, and other details needed to begin a project.
• Turn marketing requests into clear project briefs with defined objectives, deliverables, owners, deadlines, and next steps.
• Set up, maintain, and manage marketing projects in Monday.com and other internal tracking systems.
