### About The Role

We are seeking an individual looking to enhance their marketing career in a position that will allow behind-the-scenes access to a rapidly growing professional services business. This role is on our Marketing Team, helping position Aptitude 8 as the #1 technical consulting partner in the HubSpot ecosystem.

In this role, you will work directly with our Demand Gen Manager on tasks spanning copywriting, social media management, event coordination, advertising, and much more. You will have ample opportunity to learn new skills, collaborate across departments, and have a direct impact on the success of our revenue goals.

A normal day in this role

: In this role, you will find that each day looks a little different. On a Monday, you might be putting together the next HubSpot User Group event, procuring swag and promotional items for another event, helping to coordinate a partnership co-marketing initiative, and fleshing out an outline for a tactical eBook. On Tuesday, you might find yourself helping write emails for a lead gen initiative, making updates to our website, throwing together a social media graphic, or asking for status updates from event venues.
