About the Role

Classic Cleaners is looking for a motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to help grow our residential and commercial cleaning business. Your main focus will be finding new clients, following up on leads, and securing recurring cleaning accounts.

You will work directly with the owner, who handles daily operations, scheduling, and cleaning staff.

Responsibilities

* Identify and contact potential clients, including offices, property managers, apartment communities, and local businesses.

* Generate leads through phone calls, emails, networking, and local outreach.

* Follow up with inquiries and arrange cleaning consultations or walkthroughs.

* Prepare quotes using company-approved pricing.

* Help manage social media, online listings, and advertising.

* Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, quotes, and bookings.

* Provide a weekly report on outreach activity and results.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or lead generation.

* Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

* Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching potential business clients.

* Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Basic experience with social media and spreadsheets or customer management software.

* Cleaning industry experience or relationships with property managers are a plus.

Compensation and Growth

* $25 per hour for 15 hours per week initially.

* Additional performance bonuses for qualifying new recurring accounts, with terms provided in writing.

* A performance review after 90 days, with potential for additional hours as the business grows

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
