We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and professional mentorship to help you develop practical skills in marketing, sales, client relations, and leadership.

About the Role

As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will meet face-to-face with local business owners, learn about their technology needs, and introduce relevant AT&T business solutions.

You will represent our client professionally while building relationships and creating a positive customer experience. This is an active, customer-facing position—not a remote, administrative, or digital-marketing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with local business owners throughout the Louisville area
• Identify client needs and present relevant AT&T business solutions
• Explain products, services, and available options clearly
• Build professional relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing development

Schedule and Work Environment

Pay: $850–$1,450 per week | Performance-Based Compensation
