  • ADHD, autism, and learning disorder assessments
  • specialized occupational and forensic evaluations

The Role

We are hiring a part-time Marketing & Referral Development Coordinator to build and maintain professional referral relationships across Seattle/King County and Kitsap County. The role also includes producing our social media and marketing materials.

About half of the role is relationship-building with physicians, schools, attorneys, and community partners, mostly in person. The rest is creating content and materials, coordinating campaigns, and tracking results. Practice leadership approves all marketing content and outreach materials.

  • Present The Psy Center’s services accurately and distribute approved referral materials.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and professional presentations, and complete timely follow-up.
  • Maintain referral-source lists and log all outreach activity in the practice’s tracking system.

Content & Social Media (approx. 25%)

  • Draft monthly content calendars and educational posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Create graphics and short-form video, and coordinate approved photography.
