About Mosaic Mental Health

Mosaic Mental Health, PLLC is a growing hybrid psychiatric practice based in Katy, Texas, providing in-office and telehealth care to children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, and adults. We have served the community for over five years, hold licenses in multiple states, and operate with high standards for patient experience and professionalism.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to grow awareness of Mosaic and build referral relationships across Katy, Fulshear, Cypress, Sugar Land, Richmond, and west Houston. This is a marketing and outreach role only. It has no patient care duties and no access to patient clinical information.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain a database of referral sources: primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, therapists and psychologists, schools, employee assistance programs, and community organizations.
• Visit referral sources in person, deliver approved Mosaic materials, and represent the practice professionally.
• Represent Mosaic at health fairs, community events, and professional networking events, with a short report after each event.
• Produce and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile, including short-form video.
• Keep online directory listings (Psychology Today, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, and others) accurate and current.
• Track outreach contacts, lead sources, and results, and deliver a brief monthly report.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, healthcare business development, or sales.
• Business proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile, plus Canva or a similar design tool.
• Strong written communication. You will write social copy, emails, and outreach materials.
• Comfort with in-person outreach and public-facing events.
• Reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to complete HIPAA awareness training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or behavioral health marketing experience.
• Existing relationships with medical offices, schools, or community organizations in the Houston metro area.
• Video editing experience (CapCut, Descript, or similar).
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing rules, including the prohibition on paying for referrals, HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
• Conversational Spanish.

Engagement Terms

• Independent contractor (1099), paid hourly on submitted invoices.
• You set your own hours and methods to meet agreed monthly deliverables.
• Contractors provide their own equipment and are responsible for their own taxes and expenses.
• Engagement is contingent on a background check and OIG/SAM exclusion screening.
