Marketing & Lead Generation Associate

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as a Marketing & Lead Generation Associate. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in direct marketing, customer engagement, and sales.

You’ll work in person inside established retail locations, connecting with customers and generating interest in the products and services our clients represent.

• Engage with customers through face-to-face marketing
• Introduce and explain client products, services, and promotions
• Generate qualified customer leads and interest
• Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
• Track results and work toward individual and team goals
