Marketing and Events Specialist

Position Summary

The Marketing & Events Specialist supports the execution of AMCA International’s digital marketing initiatives, meetings, educational programs, and trade show activities. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, internal departments, and external meeting management partners, this position coordinates marketing campaigns, event communications, registration activities, logistics, and supporting materials.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong digital marketing skills, exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a collaborative, service-oriented approach and a commitment to accurate execution, financial responsibility, and consistent application of AMCA’s brand and messaging standards.

AMCA’s event portfolio includes meetings, the Annual Meeting, regional conferences, educational seminars, trade shows, employee events, and other domestic and international programs.Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Communications

* Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, the AMCA website, and other digital channels. * Build, test, schedule, deploy, and report on email campaigns using HubSpot. * Create and maintain website content, including landing pages, blogs, event pages, and program updates. * Apply established SEO, accessibility, brand, and messaging standards to digital content. * Schedule and publish LinkedIn content and monitor campaign engagement. * Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, workflows, approvals, and production timelines. * Organize marketing assets, photography, graphics, templates, and digital content libraries. * Support marketing automation, audience segmentation, campaign quality assurance, and performance reporting.

Event Coordination & Logistics

* Coordinate timelines, task lists, production schedules, and marketing deliverables for meet
