Marketing & Copywriting Assistant

We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Copywriting Assistant to support healthcare marketing and communications projects. This is an entry-level role ideal for a college student interested in gaining hands-on agency experience.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and proofread emails, web content, newsletters, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Help simplify healthcare and benefits information into clear, engaging content.
• Support social media, digital marketing, research, and content development.
• Assist with presentations, client projects, and marketing campaigns.
• Help organize projects, deadlines, meeting notes, and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• Current college student studying marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, English, or a related field.
• Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Creative, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Canva, social media, or other marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Healthcare experience is not required; we’ll teach you.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 19.0 per week
