Marketing & Content Coordinator

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, organized, and creative marketer-designer to run the day-to-day of our owned marketing channels and content, and to be a warm point of contact for our creator and ambassador communities. You'll execute our email and SMS program, build out our social and video presence, design the content and assets (digital and print) that bring the brand to life, and nurture the creators and affiliates who help share our story.

This is a high-growth, early-career role with breadth. It’s a hybrid role based in Philadelphia with some in-office time, plus occasional travel to our Wilmington, DE space for content shoots, events, and warehouse trips. You'll start with support and ramp into full ownership of your channels by the end of your first year, with hands-on mentorship from our ecommerce and merchandising leaders. We'll set clear KPIs together and review them quarterly, and we want your point of view on where to take our channels.

What You'll Do

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

● Build, schedule, and send email and SMS campaigns on our marketing calendar, on time, complete, and QA'd

● Keep our core email marketing flows healthy (key flows include: Welcome, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, Post-purchase, Winback) and audit them quarterly

● Design emails that render cleanly on mobile and desktop and are easy to read: clear hierarchy, legible text, strong contrast, working links

● Grow our list through the website pop-up and improve open and conversion rates over time

● Drive repeat purchase and grow customer lifetime value. The goal is bringing customers back a second and third time, not just landing the first sale

● Bring a point of view on how to design emails that resonate with our specific customer community and make our products appealing enough to keep customers coming back
