Location: Sarasota/Bradenton, FL Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered) Pay: $18.00 per hour + Appointment & Sales Bonuses

About the Position

Aqua Clear Innovative Water Solutions is an established, locally owned water treatment company serving Southwest Florida. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual to help grow our customer base through telephone marketing, appointment setting, and community outreach.

This position consists of approximately 70% telephone marketing and appointment setting and 30% community outreach and networking.

Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified appointments for our Water Consultants while helping expand our presence throughout Sarasota, Manatee, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Telephone Marketing & Appointment Setting (70%)

• Contact company-provided leads and prospective customers.
• Follow up with previous inquiries and potential customers.
• Promote our free in-home water analysis.
• Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for our Water Consultants.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
• Meet weekly appointment-setting goals.

Community Outreach & Marketing (30%)

• Attend local networking events, home shows, and community functions.
• Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and local businesses.
• Generate referrals and new customer opportunities.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, email marketing, and social media.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound telephone calls throughout the day.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Confident speaking with homeowners and prospective customers.
• Basic computer and organizational skills.
• Appointment-setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local events.

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00 per hour base pay
• $25 bonus for every qualified, completed appointment
• $200 additional bonus for every resulting sale made by our Water Consultant
• Performance-based earning opportunities with no stated bonus cap

• Training and opportunities for advancement

Appointment bonuses are earned after the appointment has been completed. Sales bonuses are earned on qualifying sales resulting from those appointments.
