Responsibilities

The Account Manager will manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring the timely, effective delivery of projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Reporting to the Business & Operations Lead and the CEO, you will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.
• Lead the development, execution, and optimization of campaigns across the full digital marketing mix — web, paid media, SEO, content/social, video, and email/SMS.
• Track and report performance data, connecting campaign metrics back to client KPIs and revenue outcomes.
