THE ROLE

Insomniac Events is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of social content for brands and festivals across multiple LGBTQ+ brands and festivals. This manager will guide team members, shape platform-specific storytelling, and oversee content from concept through reporting. The role also owns broader short-form video and user-generated content initiatives, including creator sourcing, campaign coordination, on-site capture, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and creative writer who thrives in high-energy, collaborative environments. This is not a remote position and required to be in office and
