About the Role

Happen Bank’s Second Line Compliance Department is seeking an Independent Compliance Risk Manager – Marketing to provide oversight and guidance across the Bank’s marketing and advertising activities. In this role, you’ll partner with Marketing, Legal, Product Compliance, and Product to identify regulatory risk, establish appropriate standards and controls, and ensure customer communications comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

You’ll serve as a subject-matter expert for marketing compliance, helping the business identify risk early while enabling compliant, effective marketing across channels.What You'll Do ------------------

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for Marketing Compliance, providing independent oversight and guidance across the Bank’s marketing program
• Establish and maintain marketing compliance standards, policies, procedures, and controls that align with applicable regulatory requirements and the Bank’s risk appetite
• Ensure marketing and advertising activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including ECOA, UDAAP, TILA, CAN-SPAM, and Fair Lending requirements
• As needed, review and approve marketing materials across email, web, digital advertising, landing pages, social media, direct mail, and other
