Healthcare Marketing & Outreach Specialist – Healthcare Technology Startup

Job overview

We are a Los Angeles-based healthcare technology startup preparing to launch a bilingual (English/Spanish) platform that connects patients with physicians and specialists across California. We are hiring an energetic, outgoing Healthcare Marketing & Outreach Specialist to build relationships with healthcare providers, raise brand visibility with patients and community organizations, and represent us in person wherever our audience is. You would rather be at a trade show booth or a health fair than behind a desk, and you know how physicians and practice managers make decisions. Company and product details will be shared with candidates who advance to an interview.

What you will do

• Represent the company at healthcare trade shows, medical association conferences, health fairs, and community events throughout California; help plan our presence, staff the booth, and follow up on every lead
• Run provider outreach: email, phone, and in-person visits to physicians, chiropractors, surgery centers, imaging centers, and specialty practices in your assigned territories
• Build relationships through face-to-face meetings and personalized follow-up, and keep the CRM current
• Create and manage social media content, monitor engagement, and report on performance
• Execute the email marketing calendar for provider-facing outreach
• Support digital content and paid campaigns (search, social, local) and out-of-home campaigns (billboards, local media)
• Coordinate event logistics from planning through execution, including vendors, materials, and timelines
• Track outreach activity and results and report weekly to leadership
• Work with leadership and legal to keep all marketing compliant with California healthcare rules

What we are looking for

* 2 or more years in healthcare marketing, provider relations, healthcare sales, or community outreach * Experience marketing or selling to physicians, medical groups, or healthcare practices *
