About us Hire 2 Movers Inc. is a Cherry Hill, NJ moving company with 7 years of industry experience. We're in growth mode with a clear goal: scale to $1M in revenue. Small, scrappy team — 2 crew and growing — and we're looking for someone to own customer acquisition. The role You own customer acquisition: Meta ads, Google (LSA), lead follow-up systems, reviews engine, referral partnerships — everything that fills the pipeline with qualified leads and booked jobs. Our in-house team (the owners) handles closing — sales calls and walkthroughs are covered, so you won't be asked to close. Your job is to make sure no good lead ever slips through the cracks. Who you are - A performance marketer (not a social media manager) — you've run paid lead gen, ideally for home services (movers, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, pest control) - Obsessed with numbers: CPL, cost per booked job, ROAS. You talk tracking and attribution fluently - You've built or managed lead follow-up systems (CRMs, speed-to-lead, automated nurture) - Self-directed owner mentality — you treat the ad budget like your own money - Bonus: you know the South Jersey / Philly market Compensation - Commission on every booked job (percentage of collected revenue on completed moves) - Equity in the company with a standard vesting schedule - This is a performance-based role: no base salary.
