We’re looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and execution.

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, growing our online communities, and helping scale our business.

We’re looking for someone who loves marketing—not just because it’s their job, but because they’re genuinely passionate about it. You’re the type of person who follows industry trends, experiments with new AI tools, studies successful campaigns, and is always looking for smarter ways to grow a brand.

Responsibilities

*1. Organic Social Media*

· Planning, developing, and executing our social media strategy.

· Filming, editing, publishing, and managing engaging short-form video content.

· Serving as the primary on-camera personality for much of our content.

· Staying ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, emerging features, and viral content opportunities.

· Creating content that drives engagement, website traffic, and conversions—not simply views.

*2. Pinterest & SEO Growth Strategy*

· Publishing and optimizing fresh Pinterest content daily.

· Creating and managing SEO-focused blog and landing page content that supports our Pinterest strategy.

· Repurposing evergreen content into multiple fresh Pin creatives.

· Researching keywords, trends, and customer intent.

· Continuously testing titles, graphics, keywords
