POSITION OVERVIEW

STRAT7 is looking for a commercially minded marketing specialist to help us get more value from our marketing activity, CRM, sales tools and client engagement programmes.

This is a hands-on role sitting between sales and marketing, helping to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, leads are tracked and followed up, reporting is meaningful, and our teams have the tools and support they need to generate new business opportunities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, technology and people, and who wants to develop their skills across CRM, marketing operations, sales enablement and revenue marketing.

As the role develops, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and contribute ideas that help improve marketing performance, lead generation and commercial outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM and marketing operations

Support the management and continual improvement of our CRM and marketing automation processes

Build and maintain contact lists, workflows, email campaigns and reporting

Help ensure lead and contact data is accurate, organised and up to date

Produce regular reports on campaign performance, lead activity and sales follow-up
