We're hiring a Growth Marketing & Automation Manager to lead the marketing function at BB-Builders Pro.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who can drive qualified leads through paid media while building the CRM, AI, and automation systems that scale the business.

You'll report directly to the owner, lead a team of 6, and have real ownership over marketing performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads
• Drive qualified leads and booked appointments
• Manage brand, content, and social media across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Build and manage GoHighLevel funnels, CRM systems, workflows, and lead nurture
• Create AI agents to automate lead follow-up, content, reporting, and repetitive marketing tasks
• Connect AI tools through Make.com, Zapier, APIs, and other platforms
• Lead a team of 6 remote marketing professionals
• Monitor CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Continuously identify new AI tools and marketing opportunities

Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience
• GoHighLevel experience — required
• Advanced AI tools and AI-agent building experience — required
• Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads experience
• Experience with marketing automation and workflow tools
• Team management experience
• Strong understanding of lead g
