About the role

Reporting to the Associate Director, Upstream Marketing, this individual will play an important role in supporting the development of marketing collateral, launch readiness activities, competitive intelligence, and various strategic initiatives across the Vial & Central Solutions portfolio. This position will partner closely with the Product Managers, Downstream Marketing, Commercial Operations, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, and cross-functional teams to help drive timely execution of strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

*Marketing Content & Commercialization Support*

• Support development and maintenance of marketing collateral, sales tools, customer-facing materials, and launch packets across the Vial and Central Solutions portfolio.
• Assist with coordinating launch readiness activities and creation of launch packets for new product introductions & portfolio updates.
• Partner with Product Managers to support commercialization planning & launch execution activities.

*Ad Prom Process Ownership*

• Manage marketing content review and approval workflows through VeevaVault, routing through legal, medical, & regulatory review processes.
• Track approvals, revisions & project timelines to ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables. Maintain appropriate documentation & support compliance with Ad Prom policies and promotional review requirements, including claims traceability matrix across Vial & Centr
