Full Time Marketing & Communications Manager Reports to: Director of Operations Description: The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, support referral growth, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role manages key digital platforms, content development, and marketing campaigns while collaborating with internal teams to support organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Campaign Management * Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, website, and paid ads) * Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement * Support referral growth initiatives through targeted marketing efforts * Identify and prioritize high-value referral sources (health systems, schools, PCPs, community orgs) * Partner with leadership to support new location launches and service expansion * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and payer landscape to inform strategy * Recommend new initiatives to increase client acquisition, retention, and service utilization

Digital Marketing & Content Management

* Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards * Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement * Develop and distribute newsletters and email communications * Maintain and update online directory profiles (e.g., Psychology Today, Therapy Den) * Monitor and respond to online reviews and client feedback
