Freelance Email Marketing & Digital Product Launch Specialist

Coding Advantage, LLC is a healthcare consulting and education company specializing in behavioral health documentation, coding, billing, and compliance.

We're looking for an experienced freelance marketing professional who can help us grow our educational business through effective email marketing, webinar promotion, and digital product launches.

We're not looking for a virtual assistant or someone who simply schedules social media posts. We need someone who can develop a marketing strategy, execute campaigns, and help turn interest into registrations and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Kajabi.
• Create promotional campaigns for educational webinars.
• Support the launch and promotion of downloadable educational guides and other digital products.
• Write engaging, conversational marketing copy that connects with healthcare professionals.
• Develop follow-up email sequences that encourage purchases.
• Track campaign performance, including registrations, conversions, and sales.
• Recommend improvements and bring fresh marketing ideas.
• Work independently while coordinating with our small team.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated success promoting digital products, educational webinars, online courses, or professional services.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience evaluating marketing campaign performance.

Preferred

• Experience using Kajabi.
• Experience marketing professional education or training.
• Familiarity with healthcare audiences.

Compensation and Opportunity

This is a project-based contract opportunity beginning with a paid introductory assignment budgeted at $500–$700.

The initial evaluation period will be approximately 30–60 days, with the potential for additional projects or an ongoing working relationship based on performance and mutual fit. Opportunity to expand budget but must have proof of skill and dedication.

Immediate availability is preferred.
