• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional in-person customer service, addressing questions, and handling sales objections confidently
• Manage social media accounts by creating content, sharing updates about events, and engaging with followers to boost brand visibility
• Collect valuable data during interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve customer targeting efforts
• Represent the brand at community events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand recognition and engagement

Experience

• Previous experience in internet and phone sales is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse audiences
• Proven experience in event marketing or promotional activities that require active engagement with audiences
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic technical proficiency for content creation and online engagement
• Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
