What We Offer: Position Overview The Katapult Field Retail Growth Manager reports to the Head of National Field Retail Sales & Growth and serves as Katapult’s primary in-market representative across assigned Southeast retail territories.

This role is responsible for driving adoption, revenue growth, operational execution, and partner engagement across franchise, regional, district, and store leadership. The Field Retail Sales & Growth Manager ensures seamless delivery of Katapult’s financial services across omnichannel partners while serving as the trusted field liaison between retail partners and internal Katapult teams. What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum 5 years of retail store leadership experience required (Store Manager, District Manager, Franchise Operator, or multi-unit leadership strongly preferred). * Experience within financial services required; near-prime or non-prime lending experience strongly preferred. * Demonstrated ability to influence and lead through partnership in environments without direct authority. * Strong operational acumen with the ability to analyze performance reporting, identify trends and outliers, and translate insights into actionable field strategies. * Proven experience driving behavior change and adoption at the store level. * Strong presentation and training capabilities with the ability to engage and motivate frontline sales teams. * Self-starter with the ability to manage a multi-state territory independently. * High level of professionalism, accountability, and executive presence.
