Job Type: Onsite/ Part-time/Weekend

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from prestigious University
• Proficiency in English at native / college level
• Hours vary depending on scheduled events and campaigns
• On-site presence required during assigned events
• Occasional remote work for updating marketing materials and preparing event assets
• Sat or Sun – 4 hour/week.

Compensation and Benefits

* $17/hr- $20/hr + Bonus based on performance.

Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a construction-estimating and project management firm serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.

Purpose of This Position

To promote SVCS at events, engage the public, and generate referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing, promotions, events, or brand representation
• Comfortable engaging with people in public settings
• Organized, reliable, and able to work at live events
• Confident, friendly, and professional presence

Responsibilities

• Represent SVCS professionally at events, pop-ups, open houses, and community activations
• Identify and recommend relevant local events, markets, and networking opportunities for company participation
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to attendees
• Engage with potential clients, tenants, and partners in a friendly and professional manner Explain basic SVCS services and answer general questions
• Collect contact information, referrals, and lead details from interested prospects
• Assist with updating marketing materials, including- (Flyers, Brochures, Event Handouts)
• Use Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools for light marketing updates and edits
• Coordinate with Marketing and Leasing teams to maintain consistent messaging
• Provide post-event summaries, attendee feedback, and referral updates

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
