We are looking for an Experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to manage client projects from planning through execution and ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact between clients and Coozmoo's internal teams. This role requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing services, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients, understanding their goals, coordinating internal teams, tracking deliverables, identifying potential issues, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Pearland office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital marketing projects and client accounts simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day project contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client goals, requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate work between SEO, PPC, social media, content, web development, graphic design, and other internal teams.
• Assign and track tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, risks, or resource issues.
