### What we're looking for *(role overview)*:

InStride is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead events as a strategic B2B marketing and growth channel. This role will own the strategy and execution of InStride's event portfolio while partnering closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure events support our go-to-market priorities, engage target accounts and audiences, and contribute to pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional event execution with a broader B2B marketing mindset. You understand that a successful event extends far beyond the event itself and know how to connect events to integrated campaigns, account-based strategies, content, digital channels, and Sales activation to maximize their impact.
