Employee Benefits Insurance Marketing Analyst

EHD is seeking a detail-oriented full-time Employee Benefits Marketing Analyst to join our Lancaster based team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience marketing, quoting, and evaluation of employee benefits programs for large group clients and prospects. This position is a key resource to producers, client managers and leadership as the lead for coordinating carrier marketing activities, reviewing underwriting and renewal proposals, preparing client-facing analysis, and supporting strategic recommendations.

General duties

• Coordinate all marketing activities for large group employee benefit clients and prospects.
• Manage the carrier marketing process from data collection through proposal receipt and final recommendation.
• Prepare and distribute requests for proposals (RFPs), carrier specifications, census information, claims experience, and supporting documentation.
• · Review carrier quotations and renewal proposals for accuracy, completeness and contract deviations.
• · Collaborate with Producers to develop marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
• · Maintain a deep, broad knowledge of medical insurance products, dental/vision plans, ancillary benefits, and worksite voluntary programs.

Required Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years employee benefits experience preferred.
• Pennsylvania Accident and Health License required or ability to obtain within established timeframe.
