Compensation

based on qualifications and experience:

Director level: Salary $170 - 190K / potential annual bonus $40k.

Sr. Director level: Salary $190 - 210K / potential annual bonus $50k.

Position Summary

The Director/ Sr. Director of Marketing will lead the upstream and downstream marketing strategy for the Cortiva (*a medical mesh used in reconstructive surgeries*) portfolio. This leader will own long-range portfolio strategy, customer insights, pricing strategy, and commercial planning. Working closely with Cross-Functional partners, including R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Sales, and Operations, this individual will help accelerate responsible growth and strengthen Cortiva's leadership position within reconstructive surgery and regenerative medicine while operating within applicable regulatory, promotional, and compliance requirements.
