Role Overview

The Director of Retail Marketing will own the strategy, team, and execution of retailer-specific marketing programs across Cymbiotika's growing omnichannel retail business. This individual will lead a small, high-output team, and partner closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Retail Media, Creative, and external retail partners to develop integrated campaigns that drive shopper engagement and retail velocity. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building the strategy, developing the people who bring it to life, and rolling up their sleeves to execute it. You'll develop annual retailer marketing plans, manage and grow a small team, and lead execution—from merchandising and in-store displays to retailer marketing programs, launches, experiential activations, and retail media integration.
