As the Director of Multifamily Marketing, you will lead marketing strategy and performance across the Dayrise Residential portfolio, partnering closely with Operations, regional leadership, and onsite teams to drive occupancy, leasing performance, brand positioning, and overall business results. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, using marketing and leasing data to identify opportunities, solve property-level challenges, and develop strategies that improve performance. You will oversee key marketing channels, technology, vendor partnerships, and portfolio-wide initiatives while translating performance data into actionable recommendations. This role also provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for one direct report. Reports to: Vice President of Operations Who is Dayrise Residential?
