As Director of Growth, you will lead Fireclay’s growth engine across homeowner, Trade, and commercial customer journeys. You will own the growth roadmap for fireclaytile.com and lead the connected work across performance marketing, lifecycle, E-Commerce conversion, SEM, SEO, GEO, affiliate and partner growth, site experience, measurement, and AI-enabled workflows.

This role reports to Eric Edelson, Fox Marble and Fireclay’s CEO, and will partner closely with the VP of Technology, VP of Sales, VP of Brand & Product, and VP of Client Success. Technology owns engineering and delivery. Brand & Product retain final creative and product direction. You own the growth strategy, media budget, website growth roadmap, performance priorities, and operating cadence that connect those efforts to commercial outcomes. You will inherit an agency and part of a team, then build the capability around you. This is a salary role, target total annual compensation of $150,000–$250,000, inclusive of base salary, bonus, and equity, depending on experience and scope.The Challenge ---------
