Job Description

Yuit Communications is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly collaborative Director of Growth Intelligence to help lead the next evolution of how our agency uses research, data, analytics, measurement, technology, and artificial intelligence.

This is a newly created senior leadership role with the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

The Director of Growth Intelligence will work directly with the President and alongside leaders across Advertising, Client Services, Creative, and Operations to strengthen how Yuit gathers information, connects insights, measures marketing effectiveness, and turns what we learn into better decisions for our clients.

The role sits at the intersection of several disciplines, including marketing analytics, consumer research, data strategy, measurement, marketing technology, artificial intelligence, and organizational knowledge.

We are not looking for someone who specializes exclusively in one of those areas.

We are looking for a strategic leader who understands them well enough to connect them, guide specialists, evaluate new capabilities, establish strong systems and standards, and help the agency become more informed and effective over time.
