We are looking for a Director of Editorial & Content Marketing to help shape what the market believes about the future of Customer Success. We’re entering an important new chapter. AI is changing how customer-facing teams work, what companies can learn from every customer relationship, and what the next generation of Customer Success technology needs to do.

This is an opportunity to lead a new conversation in the market and we need a senior editorial leader to help us do it. You’ll own the editorial strategy that turns Vitally’s company and product vision into ideas people want to read, share, debate, and remember. You’ll build our thought leadership and research programs, develop distinctive executive voices, and create the sustained content engine that builds awareness, demand, and authority around Vitally.

This is not a content-production role or an editorial-calendar manager. We’re looking for someone who can identify the ideas worth owning and turn them into a market movement.

What you’ll do

Build Vitally's editorial strategy

• Define the ideas, topics, and conversations Vitally should own.
• Create a cohesive editorial strategy across long-form, social, research, video, events, and other channels.
• Build recurring editorial franchises that give our audience a reason to come back.
• Develop the narrative arc that connects our company strategy, product vision, and point of view on the market.

Help shape a market movement
