Director, B2B / Enterprise Growth Marketing

Description: The Opportunity

CeriFi is hiring its first Director, B2B / Enterprise Growth Marketing — a net-new, build-it-from-scratch role reporting to the VP of Marketing. This person will stand up enterprise marketing as a function at CeriFi: building account-based marketing (ABM) programs, creating the infrastructure to track and report on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) delivered to Sales, and equipping the sales team with the tools, content, and campaigns they need to win and grow enterprise accounts.

This role is central to unlocking the value of One CeriFi: helping enterprise clients see and adopt our full portfolio across financial services, tax and accounting, and legal — driving both upsell/cross-sell growth within existing accounts and new client acquisition.

This is an individual contributor role today, with no direct reports at time of hire. As the function matures, there is room to build and lead a team.

What You'll Do

• Design and launch CeriFi's first account-based marketing (ABM) program targeting enterprise accounts across our financial services, tax and accounting, and legal segments.
• Build the infrastructure and reporting to define, track, and quantify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) delivered to Sales — creating a shared, trusted view of pipeline contribution.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify target accounts, align on lead handoff criteria, and build a repeatable enterprise marketing-to-sales motion.
• Develop sales enablement tools, content, and campaigns purpose-built for enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Create cross-sell and upsell campaigns that help existing enterprise clients discover and adopt additional CeriFi brands and products (the “One CeriFi” value proposition).
• Build net-new demand generation programs to bring new enterprise logos into the funnel.
• Establish the systems, processes, and reporting cadence (via Salesforce) needed to measure
