We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional who thrives on momentum; someone who can juggle a dozen campaigns without dropping a single one, spot the angle that makes a message land, and move fast enough to keep pace with a mission this big. WHAT YOU’LL OWN

This is a full-cycle digital marketing role — spanning member communications, content and growth campaigns, and the analytics that tell you what's working. Here's a look at what you'll be doing day to day:

Member Engagement & Product Marketing

• Drive the member communications calendar — newsletters, in-app messages, SMS, push, and announcements — with an eye on engagement and retention, not just send volume.
• Build seasonal campaigns that turn casual members into committed savers.
• Partner across community, product, research, and policy teams to keep the member experience sharp end to end.
• Jump into member testing and interviews, then translate what you hear into recommendations the team actually ships.
