Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist owns the planning, project management, and execution of digital first marketing campaigns across ABM, email, paid digital advertising, third party media, direct mail, and events. You drive lead generation and conversion, and you apply AI and marketing automation to move faster across planning, content development, and reporting.

As part of the Commercial Performance Team, you work cross functionally with marketing, product, sales, and external partner agencies to create, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns. Ownership grows over time as you continuously optimize performance and spend.

The ideal candidate brings positive energy, works comfortably without close supervision, asks good questions, and wants hands-on campaign execution in a fast paced, collaborative environment with a direct line to healthcare impact.
