POSITION OVERVIEW

The Development and Communications Manager reports directly to the Executive Director. This position plays an important role in advancing Gasol Foundation’s mission by managing fundraising, marketing and communications, and providing operational support.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage prospect donors and portfolios while cultivating strong relationships with donors, sponsors, community partners, and key stakeholders.

● Develop tailored engagement strategies and compelling segmented communications that strengthen donor relationships and advance fundraising goals.

● Plan and execute fundraising events and sponsorship initiatives, including donor cultivation gatherings and upscale events.

● Develop and manage strategic donor and partner communications across, newsletters, annual and impact reports, website content, organizational materials, event communications, and donor-facing channels.

● Develop and coordinate social media content that advances the organization’s mission, promotes health and wellness initiatives, engages key audiences, and aligns with campaign priorities and brand guidelines.

● Monitor content performance and audience engagement to inform content strategy, strengthen communications, and identify opportunities to increase awareness and engagement with key audiences.

● Oversee inventory of print materials and promotional items. Coordinate reprints, updates and review materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current messaging and brand guidelines.
