Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and proactive Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will often be the first point of contact for our firm, making your role vital to our client experience. In addition to client intake and lead management, this dynamic role involves overseeing account collections and driving our firm’s online presence through social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Intake & Scheduling: Compassionately screen potential clients, gather preliminary case information, and efficiently schedule initial consultations for our attorneys.
• Lead Management & Follow-Up: Track and manage prospective client leads. Ensure timely, consistent follow-up with potential clients to answer preliminary questions and guide them through the intake process.
• Account Collections: Oversee accounts receivable by processing client payments, managing billing inquiries, and respectfully following up on outstanding balances.
• Social Media Management: Assist our social media team by posting content across our platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok). Encourage clients to leave positive reviews.
