About Us

Florida Exam Prep is a growing contractor education company that helps contractors prepare for and pass their Florida contractor licensing exams.

We are a small, hands-on team and are looking for someone with real digital marketing experience who can help us continue growing our online presence, improve our funnels and websites, and manage our paid advertising.

This is not a remote position. You will be working full-time from our Orlando office.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who has experience working for a marketing agency or in a similar digital marketing position and understands how to manage multiple areas of online marketing.

You should be comfortable working independently, testing new ideas, looking at results, and continuously improving our marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve websites and landing pages inside GoHighLevel
• Create and manage sales funnels in GoHighLevel
• Understand and manage GoHighLevel workflows, forms, calendars, pipelines, automations, and CRM features
• Build landing pages for different courses, promotions, and advertising campaigns
• Manage and optimize Google Ads
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Create new advertising campaigns and test different audiences, offers, and creatives
• Track leads, conversions, cost per lead, and advertising performance
• Help improve conversion rates throughout our funnels
• Write and publish SEO-focused website/blog content on a weekly basis
• Perform keyword research and help improve our Google search rankings
• Make updates and improvements to our websites as needed
• Help create marketing strategies to generate more qualified leads and students
• Review marketing performance and recommend improvements
• Work closely with our team on promotions, new courses, and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous experience working at a **marketing age
