You'll join the Global Field & Strategic Events team, sitting within the broader Growth & Demand Generation function. Our buyers are enterprise leaders including CHROs, CIOs, and Internal Communications leaders, so this role is built around account based marketing as its operating model. You'll execute 1:1 programs for our highest value US accounts, 1:few programs for tiered account clusters, and 1:many (ABX) motions that combine field, events, and digital to reach broader segments at scale.

Responsibilities

• Executing tiered account-based field marketing programs across strategic US accounts, account clusters, and broader market segments
• Building and managing regional field calendars in partnership with Sales and Sales Development leadership, tailored to account priority and deal stage
• Owning pipeline generation and acceleration for the USA region, reporting performance against demand channel standards
• Managing regional field and events budget, optimizing for pipeline efficiency and return on investment
• Partnering with Sales Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure coordinated follow-up and attribution across all account tiers
