The Opportunity

Truly Free is seeking a high-performing, quota-carrying Affiliate Sales & Growth Manager to drive revenue through our growing affiliate and creator network.

This is a relationship-driven sales role. You will manage a portfolio of affiliates, respond quickly to new sign-ups, conduct outbound calls, book one-to-one meetings, lead educational Zoom calls, activate new partners, and grow affiliate-generated sales.

You will take the time to understand each affiliate’s audience, goals, motivations, and personal “why.” You will use those insights to recommend the right offers, create personalized growth plans, and build trusted, profitable relationships.

The ideal candidate combines relationship-building with sales discipline. You know how to create urgency, communicate value, overcome objections, follow up persistently, and turn conversations into promotional commitments and measurable GMV.

Primary Performance Expectations

• Complete a minimum of 60 outbound calls per business day.
• Respond quickly to new affiliate sign-ups and maintain a strong speed-to-lead.
• Book and conduct one-to-one discovery, onboarding, activation, and growth calls.
• Lead individual and group Zoom calls that educate affiliates and drive them to promote.
• Move new affiliates quickly from sign-up to onboarding, first promotion, and first sale.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new, active, inactive, and high-potential affiliates.
• Reach and maintain **$250,000+ in gross monthly affiliate-attribute
