The Role in One Sentence

You will own the relationship with 25–30 of our clients, and your job is to take them from satisfied to thrilled, and keep them there.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll be the primary point of contact for a book of clients. Every month you'll lead a live review call where you walk through their campaign performance, explain the ROI in plain English, and map out the next 30 days. You'll respond to client questions the same business day, document requests, and follow through until they're closed. You'll build a quarterly strategy for each account. When a client is at risk, you'll know about it first, and you'll be the one who saves it.

This is not an order-taker role. We expect you to own the relationship, own the outcome, and own the retention number.

What Success Looks Like

- Client retention rate of 97% or better each quarter across your book

- Every client met with live at least once a month

- Same-business-day response to client email, without exception

- Clients who can tell you exactly what they're getting for their money

- A steady stream of testimonials and referrals from happy clients

What You Bring

- 2+ years in client-facing marketing, advertising, customer success, or account management

- A natural ability to explain complicated things simply

- Outstanding follow-up and follow-through — you don't drop balls

- Comfort with numbers: you can read an analytics dashboard and pull the story out of it

- Strong written communication

- Comfort on camera, because monthly client meetings happen on Zoom

- Working familiarity with digital marketing (email and SMS marketing, paid media, SEO, websites, CRM platforms). You don't need to be the expert, you need to be fluent enough to hold a strategic conversation

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or English preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits

- $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience
