VP of Marketing

Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. We're actively looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing function and play a central role in accelerating the company's growth.

Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will be a critical partner to the revenue organization. You will work closely with the CRO to translate company growth objectives into a focused marketing strategy and measurable programs. This is a broad marketing leadership role with Product Marketing at its core.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the existing two-person marketing team, including any future hires
• Translate revenue and growth objectives into clear marketing priorities, programs, and metrics
• Build the processes, operating cadence, and measurement framework needed to make marketing a highly effective commercial function
• Own positioning and messaging for the company, marketplace, and products within B2B
• Translate complex marketplace, data, and technology capabilities into simple, compelling customer value propositions
