Role Summary

We're hiring a VP of Growth Marketing to lead the next evolution of HubSpot's growth strategy as AI reshapes how people discover, research, evaluate, and buy software. This leader will be accountable for two outcomes:

Make HubSpot the most visible and recommended agentic customer platform across search and AI.

* Grow high-quality, top-of-funnel demand across our SMB and upmarket businesses.

You'll own HubSpot's organic search and AI visibility strategy, performance marketing, emerging acquisition channels, and growth experimentation—deciding where to invest, what to test, and where our next meaningful source of growth will come from.

We're looking for a builder, not someone who wants to manage the growth engine from a distance. You'll get close to the work, challenge how we operate today, and turn shifts in technology and buyer behavior into growth opportunities before there's an established playbook.

You'll lead an exceptional global team and partner deeply across Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, Finance, and Operations. You'll have HubSpot's scale and resources behind you, as well as the mandate to build what comes next.

What You'll Do

• Own HubSpot's growth strategy and find what's next. Set the strategy for how HubSpot creates and captures demand across paid, organic, AI, and emerging channels. Choose where to invest, pull back, and experiment across our SMB and upmarket businesses. Constantly look for new opportunities, test them quickly, and scale the ones that work.
• Reinvent search and AI discovery. Lead HubSpot's strategy across traditional search and emerging AI discovery experiences. Protect and grow our organic search position while building the capabilities, experiments, and playbook required to drive visibility, recommendations, and demand in AI.
• Transform performance marketing. Reinvent how HubSpot uses paid advertising to create and capture demand
