About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth. This role oversees marketing teams, manages campaigns and budgets, and ensures marketing strategies align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and growth plans.
• Oversee digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
• Manage marketing budgets, resources, and team performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to generate demand.
• Monitor campaign results and marketing performance metrics.
• Improve customer acquisition and marketing efficiency.
• Present marketing results and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership.
• Experience managing marketing teams, campaigns, and budgets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and performance analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant professional certification.
• Experience leading marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
