Job Overview

LIT Method is hiring a TikTok Growth Lead to build TikTok into a top sales channel, starting with a creator-driven TikTok Shop program.

LIT Method builds premium recovery and wellness equipment for the home and for commercial spaces: cold plunges, infrared and traditional saunas, and red light therapy. Our newest launch, the Arc, is a mirrored infrared sauna that fits in an apartment and has already brought in a wave of first-time customers.

We're a lean team that moves fast. Email, paid social and creator partnerships are working. TikTok is the one channel we haven't cracked yet, and we're hiring someone to own it.

Responsibilities

You'll own TikTok end to end: strategy, the TikTok Shop, the creator affiliate program and the numbers. You'll work alongside Kaley, who leads creator outreach across all platforms, and report directly to the CEO.

• TikTok Shop: set up and run our Shop, including product listings, samples, promotions and the day-to-day operations that keep it growing.
• Creator affiliate program: build and scale a roster of TikTok Shop affiliates, from targeted collaborations with top creators to open collaborations that bring in hundreds of smaller ones. Set commission structures and sample policies that make creators want to sell for us.
• Content engine: figure out what makes people stop scrolling for a sauna or cold plunge. Brief creators, spot winning content early and turn it into repeatable formats.
• Paid amplification: put spend behind what's working with Spark Ads and TikTok Shop ads, and cut what isn't.
• LIVE shopping: test and scale TikTok LIVE selling with creators and our own team.
• Results: report weekly on GMV, creator count, content output and return on ad spend, and tell us what you're changing and why.
• Compliance: make sure every creator post carries proper ad disclosure and stays clear of health claims.

You live on TikTok, and you've already grown a brand there. You're hungry, you move fast, and you don't wait for permission to try something new. When a plan stalls, you find another way.

Must-haves

• 2+ years growing a brand on TikTok, with at least 1 year running a TikTok Shop affiliate program
• Proof you've scaled it: GMV, creator counts or sales you drove, with numbers you can walk us through
• Startup experience, where you owned results with a small team and a lean budget
• Hands-on with TikTok Shop Seller Center, the affiliate tools, Spark Ads and TikTok Shop ads
• A sharp eye for content: you know why a video works and how to brief a creator to make the next one
• Comfortable with numbers: you track what matters and make decisions from data, not gut alone

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
