Job Summary

As Senior Director, Revenue Marketing you will lead Andela's go-to-market marketing function — owning the strategy, execution, and team that drives pipeline and revenue growth across all of Andela's regions and partner channels. You will be the connective tissue between the global marketing organization and the revenue-facing teams across the business, ensuring that regional marketing, demand generation, and partner marketing are tightly aligned to commercial priorities.
