Job Description
About Sticker Shuttle
Sticker Shuttle is a small, fast-growing custom sticker company in Denver. We run a tech-driven shop and share the real, unfiltered story of building it with millions of people every month. We currently average over 4.5 million Instagram views per month. We need someone who can take our social to the next level and keep it consistent every single day.
This isn't a corporate marketing job. There's no brand committee, no approval chain and no decks. You'll be in the shop with us, phone or camera in hand, turning what happens here into content that stops the scroll.
What You'll Do
- Plan, shoot, edit and post short-form content every day for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads and X.
- Write and structure videos around a hook that grabs viewers in the first 1–2 seconds, a payoff that keeps them watching, and a clear call to action.
- Spot trends, sounds and formats early and adapt them to Sticker Shuttle quickly.
- Own the weekly content calendar. Come in Monday with ideas and a plan, and talk it through with Justin.
- Keep Instagram Stories active every day, build story and post automations, and respond to comments and DMs to build our community.
- Track performance (views, retention, shares, follows, clicks), report what's working each week, and do more of it.
- Clip long-form footage into short-form when we film it.
- Update ManyChat automations when we run deals or promotions. Turn followers into customers.
What We're Looking For
- You've helped grow an account, either your own, a client's or a brand's, and you can show the numbers.
- You understand viral structure: hooks, retention, payoff, CTAs, pacing and captions. You can explain why a video worked.
- You pay attention content producers who teach about hooks, meat, CTA's, story telling, and other processes to improve organic content.
- You edit fast in Edits and CapCut, and you use AI tools to move faster, not to replace creativity. We trust the creativity humans provide more.
- You know authenticity beats production value for this kind of content.
- You're comfortable on camera, or happy to direct others in front of it.
- You're self-directed. You can see what's happening in the shop and turn it into content without being told what to film.
- You've a good understanding of what gets someone to stop scrolling and watch a video.
- You're curious about business, entrepreneurship and building something real.
- You're reliable, on time and own your results.
What You Don't Need
- A degree or fancy gear. We have the equipment. We have phones, laptops, cameras, etc.
- Agency experience.
- Sticker knowledge. We'll teach you what matters.
Details
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Pay: $26/hour
- Location: Denver, CO (in person only, never remote)
- Benefits: no health, dental or vision yet. We're bootstrapped and honest about that. A 401(k) is set up 90 days after hire.
To Apply
Send a short note about yourself and why this role fits you. Include links to accounts you've grown or videos you've made, plus your best-performing post and why you think it worked. We're humans, not robots, so just show us how you think.
